As announced in Nunatsiaq Online, a compendium of Inuit ideas about sovereignty in the Arctic has been released by the Inuit Knowledge Centre. The anthology, Nilliajut: Inuit Perspectives on Security, Patriotism and Sovereignty, discusses climate change, food security and mental health within the context of inherited and acquired patterns of life.
Across the world right now, Indigenous peoples are facing a renewed assault on their lands, rights, and ways of life.
