Inés del Carmen Morales is a writer from the Caribbean island of Cuba, currently living here or there or anywhere else where she can find a quiet place for herself. She is of mixed-blood descent, with ancestors in three continents (four if you don't count Europe and Asia as one single landmass). She's primarily interested in indigenous rights and environmental issues, and firmly convinced that the key to healing our world is the practice of tolerance and respect for all life. In the words of one wise old friend of hers, "God loves diversity."
